My brother could not come to this show with my friend Dave and me.

So we got my buddy’s son, Dom to come with us. He’s old enough now I can just call him my friend too.

Diarrhea Planet was the opening band. Terrible name – and the band was fun as hell. Singer even called me out. He told us to rock (or something) and I pointed to myself to be like, “Even me?” and he said “Yeah you, the guy in the glasses!”

He made a forever fan that day haha.

And yes, that photo is of Darkness lead singer riding by me on some dude’s shoulders. ROCK AND ROLL!

That day also made Dom a superfan of the Darkness!
