What Mike's Reading

To be 100%, I had no idea what this book was about when I started reading it. I literally judged a book by its cover (and its title) and by the fact that Kindle Unlimited kept recommending it.

Another quick read, but a fun, well-written read. I was surprised by just about everything in this book, from the writing style, as well as the setting (in location and in history). It felt like I was reading a tale written a long time ago, and maybe that was the idea.

I’m not sure if the author has written anything else, but she can definitely string words together in an interesting way.

I’m not sure I loved it, but I definitely liked it and would recommend for someone who wants a brisk stroll into some fun horror.
